Pizza Dosa

This fusion of Italian and South Indian cuisine turns heads — crispy dosa with melted cheese! Slice a few coloured peppers, grate some cheese, and top your cooked dosa batter with oregano and chili flakes for a tangy pizza flavour twist.
Ingredients
- Dosa Batter
- 1/4 chopped capsicum/bell peppers
- 1/4 cup boiled sweet corn
- 1/2 onions, chopped lengthwise
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Butter/oil
- Chili flakes
- Oregano
Method
- 1
Heat a tawa with oil or butter and sauté the onions and bell peppers for two minutes to remove their raw taste, then set aside.
- 2
Grease the dosa pan and pour in two spoons of batter, spreading it into a uniform circular shape.
- 3
Drizzle a bit more oil, cover, and let the batter cook at low flame.
- 4
Once the top is cooked, spread the pizza sauce, then sprinkle the sautéed onions, bell peppers, and sweet corn.
- 5
Spread a generous amount of cheese on top of the hot dosa. Cover and cook about a minute until the cheese turns gooey.
- 6
Remove to a plate, add red chili flakes and oregano, and cut into slices.
